For example, if I have to turn right and a pedestrian starts to cross the road right in front of me. If the pedestrian pes my car and is now in the middle or close to the other side of the road may I p if I can do so safely or do I actually have to wait until he reaches the other side? I know I have to wait until a pedestrian crosses when he starts crossing from the other side and starts walking toward me, but when a pedestrian crosses on my side and then walks to the other side of the road I see no use in waiting for him until he fully crosses because I can cross safely.
