Anyone else think Debbie Ryan (Bailey Picket on 'Suite Life on Deck') is a very annoying lil girl?

First off, despite what some might say, I am most definitely not jealous of her. My opinion on her is that she is very annoying, not at times, all the time, and is a bad actress. I think her 'southern' accent is phony and she is a horrible replacement to Maddy Fitzpatrick. Please don't say, "Oh, she's just a little girl." Because it was her choice to be on it. So what is your opinion on her?
