Problem with urine leakage?

Wear TENA male guards inside your underwear. They are not full pads - just triangular shaped pads that secure in the front of your underwear. They are thick enough to absorb any leakage or drippings with no odor & you can get out & socialize without worry. I wear them when I go out. If I'm in a large store & the urge to urinate strikes me, I'm afraid I won't be able to make it to the restroom before it leaks out - so that is a safety net for me.
