Should I continue taking creatine when I switch to cardio and strength training?

It won't hurt one bit. I take creatine also and run,bike, ect.. But I also still lift heavy. It loads the muscle with water, so it helps in protein synthesis. The only time that I don't take it is when I'm taking a week off from training, then I still take it three days a week.
