What is the strangest thing about Gypsies?

I have studied in depth the laws, traditions and culture of Roma, I have found many oddities, things which I have never heard, and are beautiful, as anyone else know of the culture of the Roma Gypsies? (Please no comments on Irish travellers who are NOT Romanies)
