Uhmm, Is Flavored Wood Blocks Okay or The Non-Flavored Ones For Dwarf Hamsters?

I am planning on getting one so i need all the help i can get to make sure this hammy is going to be happy, healthly and safe. I'm not sure what kind i should get, maybe a russian one. Okay so i was at petsmart, and i saw two fruit-flavored(strawberry, i think?) and non-flavored? Which one is best and healthier? Also wood blocks or wood sticks from a petstore? I'm really confused with all of this -_-
