My 7 week old bottle fed son is sleeping a lot more and eating a lot more? Growth spurt?

Well i have been reading that growth spurts happen at 6 weeks, im wondering if my son is going through one now? He is constantly sleeping, but wakes up for feedings. He was born at 36 weeks and 5 days so he was a little premature, weighed 5lb 15oz. Its kinda worrying me a little. But today he was awake for at least an hour after his feeding. He has bumped his head a few times, which is why i am so concerned. But he seems to be fine, like both his pupils are the same size and are not really big. He doesn't seem lethargic i don't think. like when he is tired he will go to sleep but when he is up, he is up and wide eyed looking around so i don't think anything is wrong with him. Do you think this is a growth spurt?
