A male or female pair of rats? Which is right for me?

We started out with females and then got two males later. Honestly I am more attached to my girls. The boys are nice but they do have a stronger odor than the females and I do notice the little drops of urine more as they scent mark. My girls love to run around but also love to curl up with us. As I am typing this my girl is sitting under the collar of my shirt, she loves to sit there. At night I will d a blanket over the couch (just in case) and they will run up and down the couch and then back to me. Eventually they all get tuckered out and curl up together on my lap. I know some people really prefer the boys but I think I will always be hooked on the girls.
