How to get rid of a nosey neighbor?

got this neighbor who needs to know how much i pay for things, also he,ll just walk into your house and talk about how much money other people spend on things.i don,t care and i,ve told him that so many times .so i tease the guy and just make up prices of what i paid for things for laughs, some times it way over some times way less.don,t know how else to deal with him.
