How do I get these autographs?

Idk about the gnr crew but it's almost impossible to get a ringo autograph cause he said he won't be signing any more. It's pretty hard to get within 10 ft of paul and if u do he'll tell u that during that moment he doesn't want to be bothered and wants to be a normal person. Joe perry only if u paid over 1500 to go back stage at an aerosmith concert to get his and Stevens autograph but they do sign if ur lucky enough to see steven in person and he isn't super busy he'll sign, the problem is that it's so hard to find him.
